Harvard Institute of Proteomics Harvard Medical School

The Core is hosted by the Harvard Institute of Proteomics which is located at in the LHRRB building at Harvard Medical School at 240 Longwood Ave in Boston. HIP was founded  to promote collaborative research and discoveries using novel high-throughput technologies in the developing discipline of functional proteomics.

Dana Farber Harvard Cancer Center

The Dana-Farber Cancer Center (DF/HCC) DNA Resource core is one of many core facilities created to support researchers within the Cancer center. Cores are central laboratories, each capable of performing a specific set of experimental functions that enable DF/HCC investigators to perform experiments faster, more accurately and at an affordable price. For more information about the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center or other DF/HCC core facilities, programs, and members, please click here.

Harvard Skin Disease Research Center

Funding for our shRNA repository and RNAi-related database services comes from the DF/HCC and from the Harvard Skin Disease Research Center (HSDRC). The Harvard Skin Disease Research Center (HSDRC) was established in 1994 with the goal of harnessing the talents and strengths of a select group of investigators and consultants from throughout the Harvard Medical School and affiliated hospital community toward the understanding of the cellular, molecular, and genetic mechanisms of skin disease.
